What happens when the trial ends?

You move onto the free plan: your forms, capture from a browser and your PDF documents carry on, with no time limit. What stops is what the free plan does not carry — the offline field application, Word and Excel templates, workflows, the API. Nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan puts everything back.

The subscription stops at the end of the period you paid for. Your data stays exportable, and we keep nothing beyond the retention periods stated in our privacy policy.

Prices exclude tax. Applicable VAT is computed at checkout; business customers in the European Union can enter their VAT number.

Can we pay by bank transfer?

Can we bring our Kizeo forms?

Yes. The import takes your forms and hands you a field-by-field report: what came over as-is, what needs checking, what has to be rebuilt.
