Terms of service

Draft to be reviewed by counsel before commercial launch. The data processing agreement and service level will be annexed.

Purpose

These terms govern access to Rondea, a field-forms platform available online and through a mobile application, subscribed to by a business customer.

The subscription is per user per month, with no seat minimum, paid monthly or yearly in advance.

The free trial lasts fifteen days with ten users, requires no card, and ends without automatic renewal.

Prices exclude tax; applicable VAT is added at payment.

The customer warrants that it may process the data it captures, in particular where employees are concerned (geolocation, photographs).

The customer is responsible for managing its users' access and the confidentiality of credentials.

The service is provided with a high availability objective and a public status page. A contractual service level may be offered as an option.

Support is provided by email during working hours, answered within twenty-four working hours (Essential) or four working hours (Pro).

The customer remains the owner of its data and may export it at any time from the console.

At the end of the contract, data is kept for thirty days and then deleted, unless immediate deletion is requested.

The publisher's liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amounts paid over the last twelve months.

The publisher is not liable for the consequences of non-compliant use, in particular an incorrectly configured form.

Either party may terminate at any time, effective at the end of the current period, from the console or in writing.

In case of serious breach, the publisher may suspend access after a formal notice has gone unanswered.
