A handover certificate signed on site, reservations included
Handover starts the statutory warranties: what is written that day counts for years. The certificate is filled in front of the client, signed on screen, and sent as a PDF before leaving the site.
What it has to contain
- The project, the work package and the client, named without ambiguity.
- The decision: without reservations, with reservations, or refused — and the reason for refusal.
- Each reservation located, photographed and rated for severity.
- The agreed clearance deadline, reservation by reservation.
- Both signatures, contractor and client.
How it is used
Walk the works
Each reservation is added as the visit goes, with its annotated photo.
Decide
Without reservations, with reservations, or refused. The form will not accept a refusal without a reason.
Sign on both sides
Both signatures on the same screen, and the PDF goes to both parties.
The template we ship
With the reservations table and a count of them.
