rondea

Documents

The document the customer expects, not an export

A handover certificate, a service sheet, an inspection report: what comes out of data entry has to look like your company's document. Rondea produces two forms, and the second one is yours.

With nothing to lay out

A PDF generated from the form

Pages, sections, repeatable tables, annotated photos, signatures, position: the layout follows the form's structure, in the order it was filled.

Available from the first submission
No template to prepare. A published form produces a readable document the same day.
Media in their place
Photos appear under the question that asked for them, with their caption; the signature with its timestamp and the signatory's name.
The same output for everyone
The PDF is produced server side by a single print engine: it depends on neither the phone, nor the browser, nor a word processor's version.

Or in your layout

Your Word and Excel templates

Upload your company's .docx or .xlsx, with your own tags written in the text. Every submission fills it in.

A short tag vocabulary
A field name in double braces, a loop over a repeatable table, an image tag for a photo, and a few cross-cutting tags: title, date, status, author.
Several templates per form
The internal report and the customer certificate do not look alike. One form can produce both.
A template checked before it is used
A tag pointing at a field that does not exist is flagged on upload, not discovered on the document already sent to the customer.

What sends it

The document goes out without anyone thinking about it

Generation is a workflow step like any other: it fires when the submission arrives, under a condition if needed, and the email follows with the attachment.

Under a condition
"Only if the check failed", "only for this customer": the condition is written like a form calculation.
On demand too
From the console, on a corrected submission, to send it again to the right recipient.
With a trace
Every generation and every send leaves a log line: what was produced, when, for whom, with what result.

See the document before creating an account

The public demo takes a form, has it filled in, and hands you the PDF. No account, no card, no sales call.
