A service sheet signed before leaving
The technician records what they did, the parts they fitted and the time spent. The amount is calculated, the customer signs on screen, and invoicing receives exactly what the customer received.
What it has to contain
- The requester and the asset, so the history builds itself.
- Arrival and departure time, from which the duration follows.
- Diagnosis and work carried out, kept apart: one explains, the other invoices.
- Parts fitted with quantity and price, and the total calculated.
- The customer's signature, which avoids a dispute a month later.
