Proof of delivery that holds, even with no network
Parcels are scanned, reservations photographed, the recipient signs on screen. Everything goes out as soon as the truck finds a network, and invoicing does not wait for the return to the depot.
What it has to contain
- The note number and the address, to tie the delivery to the order.
- The person met, named rather than 'the customer'.
- Every parcel, scanned rather than retyped.
- The reservation with its photo: a dispute is settled with the image.
- The recipient's signature, taken on the spot.
How it is used

Record the reservations
Damaged or refused, with the photo, on the parcel's own line.
Get it signed
The recipient signs, the note goes out as a PDF to customer service.
The template we ship
